List of 25 Gaming Companies on Twitter

When it comes to twitter and gaming there are a lot of companies out there that are using twitter as a great marketing tool for their gaming company. They use twitter as a marketing tool by promoting upcoming games as well as link people to contests or other gaming events. Some even give out free codes to download map packs on certain games.

Below I created a list of 25 gaming companies I found on twitter. There maybe more however, these are the only ones that I know of… So if you are a gaming company of if you know of any other gaming companies that aren’t on the list below please feel free to leave a comment with a link to their twitter profile. If you don’t know already Infinity Ward has set up a site that allows you to suggest features for the upcoming Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 game. There current question is ” What are your top feature requests for the Modern Warfare 2 community site”. The suggest your feature to the COD MW2 community site just follow this simple process…

  • Sign up for twitter if you haven’t already. Don’t forget to follow me.. twitter.com/revenuerobot
  • Next twit something with the hashtag #mw2 in it.. example: ” #mw2 the next COD needs better team balancing ” remember the twitter limit it 140 characters per twit.
  • Then visit the Infinity Ward twitter feed site and thumbs up your suggestion then send it to your buddies to have them thumb it up if they think its good.

After reading a few great articles like Why Brands ABSOLUTELY DO Belong on Twitter and Do Brands Belong on Twitter? I recently started noticing a lot of big name companies that were using twitter as a source of social networking and brand recognition. Once I started noticing all these companies I began to bookmark them until my bookmark folder started to scroll. Well with all that in mind I decided to create a list of different companies and brand names that are on twitter to share with you.
