Really? $50 a year for Silverlight ads on my Xbox 360

After reading Major Nelson’s post about Silverlight ads on Xbox 360 and his explanation of how ads are going to be “a more organic part of the dashboard” I just sit back and ask myself why am I paying $50 a year to have ads shoved in my face. Here’s an idea the people at Mico$oft can think about… why not place all the ads you want on the Silver account holders? Ohhh wait I’m sure that once they too see the ads they’ll soon wonder “why would I pay $50 a year to have ads shoved in my face?” hmmm… I may just be eyeing up a discounted PS3 that usually come out around the holiday. ehh this is just my opinion I can only imagine what’s in store next a possible Xbox Live price increase? Whoa I’d better not give anyone any ideas… So what does everyone else think about the ads being punched in your face?Similar Posts:

5 Things I Hate About Other Drivers

While taking my daily commute from work today I sat in my car while traffic would barely move and I thought hmmmm.. what do I hate most about other drives and the way they drive? Well with that in mind I started to jot them down.

So now I present to you 5 of the worst things I hate when it comes to other people and the way they drive.

5	Cellphone People – When I pull up to someone while driving and I notice that they are on a Cellphone it just drives me crazy not the simple fact that they are on the cellphone it’s the fact that they are either driving too slow or are driving all over the road.
4	Toss of a Cigarette - When people toss out a cigarette when they drive. OMG that just makes me want to throw a molotov cocktail in there window cause that’s pretty much what they are doing to my bumper if the cherry of their cigarette sticks to my car.
3	Slow People – Granted it’s against the law to speed but come on when it’s a 45 mph zone and the person in front of you is doing 30 mph this just drives me crazy! It’s like everyone turns into a Sunday driver when you have to be somewhere on time.
2	Loud Speaker People – When it comes to this I just look at them and shake my head because they are usually driving in a older Hyundai (yes a Hyundai) that they are trying to sport up to race their friends the money they used to buy their crappy speaker system could have been a nice down payment on a better car then what they have.
1	The Casual Wave – It’s when you have to common courtesy to let someone cut in front of you while in traffic and they don’t have the respect to give a thumbs up, a wave, or anything to thank you for letting them in front of you.

Entrecard oddness

In my opinion I think Entrecard is a great way to network with other bloggers with some of the same interest as well as other bloggers with different interest. I guess that is why I find it very odd when I go to buy advertising space with my Entrecard Credit and my site gets declined… Even when the site that i’m trying to advertise on via Entrecard has similar interest that I post about currently. I guess people don’t want to generate Entrecard credit or rank up within the Entrecard system. But, then again this will probably be the same people who complain about Entrecard in a month or two on “how it didn’t work for them“. Similar Posts:

I hate going to digg.com and seeing photos with 100+ diggs on them… I feel that there is a million and one blogs out there with something better to digg rather than a photo.
