Google is having a contest where they’ll partner up with a handful of businesses to improve their website’s ROI. The contest ends July 17th, 2008 so hurry up and enter your site! Below is a video that explains the contest a little better.
I’m trying out a new service called Project Wonderful. From my understanding the site is pretty much an online Advertising bidding network that allows people to advertise on my site for only $0.10 a day.. that’s right ONLY $0.10 a day. The banner size you would advertise on my site (if you choose to) is a 125 x 125 square banner. Which would be located in the upper right hand on this page just under the Subscribe RSS image. My advice would be to… buy an ad space for $0.10 before the space soon jumps up to $10.00 a day… (which would be hopeful) Unless you guys think $0.10 is to much…? Let me know what you think..
I’m trying out this new advertising system called AdToll. If you check out the upper 468×60 banner there is a link underneath that says “Advertise Here” you can advertise on my site for only $0.20 a week! that is a steal! Way back in 2002 when I first generated a commission sale from my first site it was as if I sold the first thing on ebay… better yet seeing someone actually willing to buy something from me was exciting enough. So as the years go by commissions and revenue started to climb higher and higher.. but as the years progressed i’ve noticed alot after reviewing my revenue and site statistics. The main thing that i’ve noticed is that just because a site is generating alot of traffic doesn’t really mean it’s going to generate revenue. For some of my sites it’s like as if they have a roller coaster track they are following. Which explains the roller coaster revenue checks that i’ve received from them. ehhh i figure it’s just one of thoses hurdles that I have to go with when it comes to online marketing my own sites.
