If you recall just the other day I mention the release date for the latest Modern Warfare 2 map pack. Well apparently there the video above that shows some of the leaked maps that are going to be in the new map pack. The new map pack will cost 1,200 Microsoft Points ($15). Below is a list of names for the maps…

• “Bailout“, a multi-level apartment complex;
• “Storm“, an open industrial park littered with heavy machinery;
• “Salvage“, a snowy junkyard fortified by stacked debris and crushed cars;
• “Crash“, a war-torn urban environment;
• “Overgrown“, which features a massive dry creek bed.

Well the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 fanatics don’t have to wait too much longer for the downloadable multiplayer maps. Mainly because according to the Mapathy website and fourzerotwo who states that they will hit the Xbox 360 on March 30, 2010.

That’s right ladies and gents… as I mentioned a bit back they were going to be released sometime in the spring well looks like spring is right around the corner! Yes you read the title correct… Infinity Ward has listed the following as being fixed / patched in the latest update.

- Care Package, Emergency Airdrop, and Sentry Gun marker grenades sprint speed normalized.
- Fix for “infinite care package” exploit.
- Sentry Guns: Improved placement detection, preventing cases of Sentry Guns inside geometry.
- Model 1887: Bling using Akimbo and FMJ combination now has same range and damage as non-Bling Model 1887s.
- Fixes to prevent various XP hacks (including the prevention of negative XP)

*Note to PS3 Player: The PS3 still needs to receive one additional fix, regarding the infinite care package exploit – not included in this patch – which will come in the near future.

Below are two sets of instructions because one of the “care package” glitches have been patched… The above video shows the latest care package glitch the still exist even after the patch!

One set of directions that I’ve seen people do the glitch as…

1. Get a care package.
2. Cook it.
3. Climb a ledge.
4. At the top of the ledge, click L2 and hold a stun/flash/smoke grenade.
5. Before you throw it, hit right on the dpad.
6. Let go of L2, you’ll throw your stun grenade.
7. Then throw your care package, you should already be cooking it
8. Pick up the care package, call it in and you’ll have another one in your slot loadout.

If the above set of directions won’t work then try these…

1. Make Sure You Have Scavenger On So You Can Pick Up More Secondary Grenades.
2. Get Emergency Air Drop or Care Package.
3. Find a weapon on the floor.
4. Go Over The Weapon And Press Knife Then Quickly X Then A Second Later Press Right On Your DPAD. ( Really Fast In That Order)
5. Then Throw Your Secondary Grenade (Stuns or Flashes)
6. Then Throw Your Care Package Or Emergency Air Drop.
7. Then Pick Up At Least One Of Your Care Packages Then Call It In And You Will Have Another Emergency Air Drop Or Care Package! Or When You Die You Will Spawn With A New Care Package Or Emergency Air Drop.
8. Repeat the process over & over again & destroy the other team!
9. If done correctly you will get care packages!

Seems a lot of glitching / modding is going on in the latest version of Call of Duty… Modern Warfare 2. I don’t know if anyone else has experienced the super fast game mode while playing Modern Warfare 2 but I must say it is intense because you are running super fast and its hard as hell to kill someone! I read fourzerotwo and he mentions that there is soon going to be a fix to the mod / glitch (if it hasn’t been done already) so hopefully you are able to experience a game like this.Similar Posts:

The above video shows probably the easiest way to boost in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. Mainly for the simple fact that the points just keep coming…! The video shows how someone earned 50,000+ points in one match without challenges.
