I’ve come across a few blog that contained a widget that had displayed banners that offered free advertising of your blog or website.. the only catch was you had to provide a banner. So, I signed up you can too the company is know as bla.st. The is a cool feature that allows you to pay to promote your site within their community to better generate traffic to your blog or website.
Earlier today I was sent this link Mandles.com and I found it to be pretty creative so I thought I’d share it with you. It’s an advertisement for Bluefish TV Check them and and see what they have to offer.
It’s almost as catchy as a viral marketing site like the ones Burger King usually comes out with when they are launching an new menu item or when they are trying to promote a movie.
I found this very informative site a while ago however, I just recently started to use it to find different information on other bloggers in the industry and blogs that I follow in the blogging community. The site is great in my opinion and you would be amazed at some of the stuff you can come across… for instance like the image above states the following; “ShoeMoney.com is suspected of possibly being a spammer’s site, although we have done no research of our own. Below are some community projects watching Spam that may have pages listed about ShoeMoney.com ” and the site that they mention “below” is this one SiteAdvisor. When I first came across the AboutUs.org site I was a little shocked because shoemoney.com is one of the blogs I tend to read daily. So I wonder what part of all of this is really true..? Is Shoemoney.com a spammers site…? Do you have an experience with AboutUs.org and them saying your blog / website is considered spam..? Leave a comment and let me know…
