According to wired.com it states… “the company’s promising a plug-in hybrid by 2010 and the German government’s written a big check to make it happen“. Could you imagine running your car or truck with water as the fuel..? That would probably be the cheapest way to get around town… Well for one man he thinks he may have the solution check out this site for more information (hytechapps.com).
