I don’t really write much about search engine optimization (SEO) anymore on this blog however, I recently came across a very informative article that gives three detailed steps on “How To Get Your Business Listed in Google Local Listings” so I thought I’d share it with my readers. In addition to the link provided the video above also gives a great introduction to what Google Local Ads have to offer your business or any business that you’re trying to get people to find online. View the Swine Flu Map in a larger format.

The Swine Flu seems like a scene from a Horror Movie (ex: Outbreak, 28 Days Later, etc.) but the scary thing is it’s real… The map provided shows locations of the Swine Flu outbreaks in and around your area. Now the list shown is small and hopefully it stays that way but, keep an eye on it just in case something starts up in your area.

I was inspired by this find that shows hookers on a street corner in Emeryville, CA via Google Maps. So… I tried to do a similar search in the areas of O.B.T (Orange Blossom Trail) here in Orlando. The street and area  is a known place for street walkers and the homeless. But, instead of finding hookers or bums I found a gas station with cheap gas prices… check out the image below to see for yourself.
