I created another AIM screen name so that people could contact me at a new screen name instead of one that I had tied to a company I no longer worked at. However, instead of using that screen name and giving it to new friends with an old company name attached. I decided to create a new one and transfer over all my old friends to my new screen name and let them know… but I thought “How can I transfer (or copy) my AIM buddy list to another screen name on AIM? So I asked a friend and he told me these simple instructions just incase you ever wanted to do the same thing.

Here is what you do…. In order to transfer buddy lists from one AIM account to another you simply save your buddy list. To do this you go to the buddy list menu and click save list. Once you’ve saved your AIM buddy list onto your computer you then sign in with the new SN and “Load Buddy list” located in the same menu as the save buddy list.

If you’ve always wanted to create a new AIM screen name then check out the AIM website and start today!

Andy Jump

Over the past weekend I went to visit some friends up in Tallahassee. While up there we decided to visit this pretty cool Florida State Park called Alfred B. Maclay Gardens. If you are ever up in the Tallahassee area I’d suggest checking the place out. It’s filled with over grown Oak trees and Pine trees.

The above photo was taken by my friend as I attempted to jump over a long narrow pond / pool. The trip to Tallahassee was pretty fun I can’t wait to go back and visit again…

Facebook App Request Overload

Facebook AppsIs it me or does everyone get crrrazy amounts of Facebook application request? If you check out the image within this post you’ll see that as of May 23rd. I have 8 Top Friend Request, 3 Top Friends Friend Request (WTF?), 1 Event Invitation (I removed a few of theses), and 282 Other Request. I found that some of theses Facebook applications are pretty cool and useful. However, When someone adds way too many to their profile it then starts to look like a poorly made Myspace page with all that 1996 glitter crap everywhere. I don’t know if there is a limit to the amount of Facebook applications people can add to their Facebook profiles… in my opinion there should be!

When it comes to the 282 application request there are a ton of them that I just sit back and scratch my head at. If you check out the list below you’ll see some of the requests I’ve received.

Amount Application Name
16 funwall friend requests
31 group invitations
12 be a billionaire! requests
10 buy your friends invitations
12 friends for sale invitations
2 hotties for sale invitations
3 the lotto invitations
5 friend fu*k invitation
5 sticker requests
5 social me requests
