Saw this video and thought it was pretty impressive and creative! They are singing these songs in the video:

• “Rapper’s Delight” – Sugar Hill Gang.
• “Jump Around” – House of Pain.
• “Boom! Shake The Room” – DJ Jazzy Jeff & The Fresh Prince.

In the video they are using an instrument called the Stylophone which consists of a metal keyboard played by touching it with a stylus each note being connected to a voltage-controlled oscillator via a different-value resistor thus closing a circuit.

Really…? The Schytts (sound it out people.. FTW?)

The above photos are photos of Swedish Dance Bands From the 1970’s I’ve selected only a few of my favorites from this site. The site contains well over 50 different band photos some of them look as if they are part of a cult and others look like they were in a who can dress the worst for a band contest. I must say fashion back in the 70’s was pretty intense. And if you look at some of the names for the bands you have to think… what were theses guys on?
