I don’t really write much about search engine optimization (SEO) anymore on this blog however, I recently came across a very informative article that gives three detailed steps on “How To Get Your Business Listed in Google Local Listings” so I thought I’d share it with my readers. In addition to the link provided the video above also gives a great introduction to what Google Local Ads have to offer your business or any business that you’re trying to get people to find online. Condo Conversions and the Real Estate Market

I mentioned a while back about the Housing Crisis in my own backyard where I wrote about the apartments that I used to live at and how they being converted into condos.

Well while searching Zillow.com for real estate deals in Orlando I came across something that was scary (in a way) only for the simple fact that when I lived there I was given the opportunity to purchase my apartment as a condo conversion for the price of $245k and that was with a 5% discount. Ahhh well it’s a damn good thing I didn’t buy at the time because check this craziness out…! You can buy the same sized unit (1,200 sq ft ) I lived in for only $79K and here is one for $43k and its a foreclosure! Now that is insane and one hell of a deal! If I had the extra money to buy it as an investment I would because, I did like living there the place had everything; Gated Community w/ indoor basketball, boat ramp, hair & nail salon, restaurant, billiards & rec room, pool and more.Similar Posts:

After your band has played a song from the list you need to save the video to your computer.
Then upload your rock video to the site.

Once you’ve done the steps above you will be on your way to possibly owning an MTV Video Music Award Moonman. Make sure you refer to the Official Contest Rules for more information. I’m always wonder about the different statistics when of comes to my twitter account. I often wonder where I rank among others who twit as well as how did they get there. Well I’ve found the list of twitter statistics and analytical tools below to help me find out that information. Do you know of any others that can help find out your profile statistics? Twitscoop – Twitscoop was built to help you stay on top of Twitter’s hot topics or discussions.

Twitterholic – The website is constantly being updated to allow you to find the most popular Twitter users. So if you want to be on the list then just twit all day.

Tweetstats – A twitter app that tracks your number of tweets per hour and per month. It then allows you to generate a graph based off of your tweets.

Twitter.Grader.com – The Twitter Grader measures the power of your Twitter profile. This is probably my favorite when it comes to the ranking system for Twitter profiles.

Twinfluence – I’d consider this one to be a bit similar to the Twitter Grader shown above. However, Twinfluence calculates the indirect influence of you and your followers on Twitter.

Tweetvolume – Tweetvolume is fairly easy just enter a few keywords or a phrases to see how often they appear on Twitter.

Twittercounter – A great Twitter app that tracks as well as predicts how many followers you have or will have.

Tweetrush – Tweetrush is a service based on our Rush Hour engine that aims to provide estimated stats on Twitter usage over a period of time.

Tweetwasters – Tweetwasters calculates how much time you’ve wasted on Twitter. Compare yourself to your friends see who’s the biggest twit.

Twitter-Friends – Twitter-Friends allows the ability to find out the hidden network of Twitter contacts that are really relevant for you.

Have you ever wanted to advertise on sites like JohnChow.com, Problogger.net, or even ChrisBrogan.com but… you didn’t want to pay for the 125 x 125 advertising spots or a “Paid Review” blog posts? Well, then I found the perfect opportunity to hit them at the back door of advertising and only pay pennies! The secret is go through Google Adwords… that’s right Google has a section of advertising placement called “Placements“. With Google Placements you can choose a keyword to search such as “make money blogging” or you can search to see if a site offers Adsense placements on their site / feeds.

Here is the simple step process which is mentioned above:

Log into Google Adwords
Click the “New online campaign” towards the center middle
Select “Start with placements“
Next choose from; Browse categories, Describe topics, List URLs or Select demographics I tend to go with the “Describe topics“
So say you choose “Describe topics” use a keyword like “make money blogging“
You’ll then see a lot of sites that have to deal with blogging
Select ones that you know of and a few with high traffic
Next place your bid and if your bid is high enough to get displayed (along with page quality) then BAM! you are in there and all you a paying is the cost per click that you opted to pay

This is a great idea to set up if you were to sign up with Hydra Networks and create a few landing pages for your traffic to land on.Similar Posts:
