While searching for inspirational designs for my upcoming redesign of this site. I search the net for some of the following terms; gamer templates, gaming blog themes and gaming blog designs. I must say i’ve come across alot of nice “clan style” website templates however that wasn’t what I was really looking for. So I decided to come up with the list of gaming templates that I found and thought you would like to check out and use.

I stumbled upon the high quality icons shown above that would go perfect on a modern / stylish site design. Over at 2expertsdesign.com there is a whole collection of 30+ different designs to chose from check them out and see what i’m saying.

- The winners are chosen by first come first serve basis there is a total of 10 winners. So for those who write the post on their but, forget to leave a comment of their post location on their blog is invalid. So get your posts up as soon as possible in order to win!
- Limit one post per blog per contestant.
- Any and all disputes will be addressed by myself and I am the final word.

If you’ve ever received a link that looked like this “http://bit.ly/XwvPr” or if you’ve seen people using them over on twitter you may not know this but, they use them to track the statistics of people. There are other sites out there that do similar click statistics however, I’ve notice that the Bit.ly seem to be the more popular ones and I use them myself.
In order to view the statistics of a link you simply do the following…
- Copy the link that you were sent or one that you’ve come across such as this one “http://bit.ly/XwvPr“.
- Once you’ve copied the link paste it in your browser address bar.
- Then between the “.ly/” and the code “XwvPr” add the word “info/” so the link should look like this “http://bit.ly/info/XwvPr
If you’ve followed the steps above you will be able to view the stats of any Bit.ly link.
