It’s funny that people might see the above Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Prestige badges and think that they are legit. If so then why are there two different versions? Granted I myself don’t know if they are the real ones or not… However, if you think about it do you really think that if Infinity Ward were to release any screenshots of the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Prestige badges they would have placed them on the Modern Warfare 2 website. Like they did for the in game screen shots as well as the game trailer. So for those who are dieing to get their hands on what the “real” prestige badges look like… I suggest subscribing to this site and come back when the game launches so you can get a glimpse of the “Official Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Prestige badges” and not the ones that are shown…
The one on the left look as if they were copy & paste from a military site on the net. The ones on the right look like a combination of HALO ranks and Battlefield Bad Company Ranks. yeah people are tards to believe any of the Modern Warfare 2 badges that are floating around before the game is even released i should just find random military badges online and slap them together into an image and call them the COD6 badges as well so that way there are more versions of them out on the net WTF guys???
It is actually the ones on the left. An anonymous game tester took the time to do an interview on the ninjamodz forums and confirmed the prestige icons on the left. Of course they are copy and pasted from some military website because it would be kinda hard to have a screenshot like the one on the right. You would have to do some pretty obvious stuff to get those out of the pc or getting a screenshot out of the console. I doubt any mole would go through that much trouble.
The ones on the right are obvious bullshit.
The ones on the left, I have no idea if they’re actually the badges or not. But here’s what they are:
1 – Bronze Star
2 – Air Force Achievement Medal
3 – Air Medal
4 – No clue. Looks foreign. Got an Arabic-looking scimitar and colors that would suggest the French flag.
5 – Purple Heart
6 – Republic of Vietnam Life Saving Medal
7 – Prisoner of War Medal
8 – Defense Superior Service Medal
9 – Air Force Distinguished Service Medal
10 – Distinguished Service Cross
I believe the 4th is a French Foreign Legion badge, can’t remember which one, and I absolutely do not believe Infinity Ward would use such stupid icons. Also destructo322 a game tester would not be able to talk about the game due to legal reasons.

its a medics icon i dont think u have to go to prestige 6 to revive someone
These cant be real, Looking at the purple heart. It dosent even make scence. why would you get a purple heart for doing something like getting to lvl 55? idk…and the 4th one i think is not a U.S Badge
I hope these aren’t the badges because W@W badges looks better. Honestly I feel I can be one of the best MW2 playes even though I never playes MW, I was a beast @ W@W while reaching prestige 10 in less than 15 hours of game play and I stayed on prestiges 2 and 9 for the longest and K/D ratio thats sky rocketing with over 50,000 kills and less than 35,000 kills. Big COD fan…My fist FPS experience.

I like the idea of army badges for each prestige but 13 badges on the right?

are you dumb? the ones one the right are for the first ranks before you do the first presitge and the ones on the left are the pretige badges. although i dont know if they are all the genuine icons.
