Who is selling this? I was jogging down the beach and ran by it a few weeks ago, and got a stiff neck because I kept looking over my shoulder at it. It’s stunning, and I have to say I’ve been pretty obsessed with it.
I’ve since learned it was designed by Jim Biber, who was inspired by Richard Neutra. I’m curious about who built it.
Interesting neighborhood: this house is on a bluff, hovering a few dozen feet above Bernie Madoff’s house, right on the beach. His is a house which, tellingly, is built on sand.
