		<description>I would be careful about using too much laminate flooring. It can be good but if you do go for it over hardwood flooring then I would make sure that it is premium.

I&#039;m living in a small apartment in Florida right now and the furniture that I have makes a mark on my laminate flooring because I went for a cheaper stock I think. Some laminates that you pay a bit more for can really look like true hardwood floors and are well worth the investment.</description>
