I find it sad to have a buddy of mine tell me about how bad his experience was with Microsoft when dealing with the delivery of his replacement xbox 360. Well apparently after doing a little search via Youtube.com there is a bunch of other xbox 360 gamers who have experienced the same if not similar issues with Microsoft Xbox support. (view video below) You would think since people spend $300+ on their games system you would get a little better customer support… especially if they want to keep getting money from us by having us buy their games. As for myself I try to hit up GameStop to buy they used games.
