Now this is a somewhat sad story if you thinks about it. There are houses that are listed in this story that have gone for as low as $1,300 that’s right… $1,300 for a house. Granted it’s a foreclosed house in Detroit but, even so a house that cheap there must be some problems. It may end up becoming a modern day Money Pit but, who knows… Well here is the link to the whole story.
